One recent conversation in the office sparked my thought for this issue:
our bodies are always working for us, whether we notice or not.
We hear the obvious messages:
Stomach rumbling? Time to eat.
Bladder full? Better find a bathroom.
Heart racing? Could be a sprint across the lot—or that suspenseful movie.
But what about the quiet functions—the ones that don't speak up until it's too late? Think about how we care for our teeth: we brush, floss, and visit the dentist before anything hurts. Same with vision—we get checkups even when we see “just fine.” Why? Because we’ve been taught to pursue self care proactively.
Now here’s the connection: What about your spine? What about tensions, interference and subluxations? These can exist quietly for a long time, causing stress to your nervous system without any pain. Waiting for symptoms means waiting too long.
That’s why regular spinal checkups matter.
Chiropractic's mission is to check for subluxations and correct them—whether you feel anything is not a criteria. And that’s especially important for kids, so they grow up with a healthy foundation.
In a world that teaches “If I feel fine, I am fine,” this can be a stretch. But you wouldn’t wait for your teeth to fall out before brushing, right?
You only get one spine—care for it the same way. Actually better; as they say, 'you can buy false teeth, but if you mess up your spine you have no place else to live!"
As we celebrate our country’s independence this July, remember you have the freedom to choose a natural healthcare that honors your body’s quiet, incredible design. Chiropractic was made in the USA! Here's to your health and freedom of choice. We wish you and your family a well-adjusted holiday!
I’ll see you on the tables. 💙
