Shifting gears... One little number. We turned the page from the 25th year of this century to the brand new 26th.
Deep breath – Doesn't it always feel like a new beginning when we start a new year?
It’s the opportunity to make new plans, dreams, and to organize and release the past year’s ‘stuff’. Most of us have things that we don’t want to carry over. Take the time to look at what worked, what didn’t and then redesign a happy storyboard for yourself.
Growing up, and still going, is our annual cousins' New Year’s Eve Party. Tradition calls for a themed party, sharing of food and lots of fun, dancing and massive amounts of confetti!
And I've learned over the years that our family parties are not everybody’s style of ringing in the new year. In fact as I’ve polled many practice members, many choose to keep things low key, and many even opt to head to bed early. To each his or her own!
However you choose, a brand new year still presents each of us with great opportunity to reflect and assess. What’s working for us? How do we shift gears to make changes for the better?
You may want more…more quality time with loved ones, more trips, more exercise, more downtime, more walks.
You may want less...less stress, less screentime, less sugar, less clutter.
Whatever you decide I hope more vibrant living, less stress and less subluxations are always on your list. This is a great formula for more birthdays, more new years and more LIFE.
Wishing you more joy and peace in this new year!
See you on the tables!
